The restaurant is part of the Maison Albar Hotels family, a group of independent hotels run by the same family for a century. The name Taulissa refers to the convivial moments shared around a table, and the setting reflects that spirit. Designed by the GOMIS agency and Studio MHNA, the rooftop blends French design with the soft colours of the Côte d'Azur, creating a space that feels both refined and welcoming.

Taulissa has been recognised by the Michelin Guide for its quality, earning a place on the 2026 selection. The kitchen focuses on Mediterranean cuisine, drawing on the flavours of the region. Ingredients such as lobster, truffle, and caviar appear on the menu, prepared with precision and a respect for the product. A sample menu from a special dinner included a shared seafood platter, an egg with black truffle and blini, blue lobster with osciètre caviar, and Bresse poultry with foie gras and black truffle — dishes that speak to the kitchen's ambition and skill.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and the rooftop setting makes it a natural choice for summer evenings.
