The menu is divided into a surprise tasting experience – available in four or six courses – and a selection of à la carte signatures. The tasting menu, a journey through the kitchen's current inspirations, is complemented by a carefully chosen wine pairing. He previously worked alongside Radek in the three-Michelin-starred Rutz, and his resume includes stints at Tim Raue and the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer in Berlin. The restaurant's confidence is evident: in 2024, Lorenz won the German TV format "Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal – Der Profi kommt" with a perfect score of 40 out of 40 points. A private dining room in the Wein-Lounge is available for groups up to 15, and the restaurant hosts regular Wine & Dine evenings built around a single theme – from Brandenburg wines to Piedmont truffles. These intimate events, limited to 20 guests, showcase the kitchen's ability to tell a story through a single, focused menu.
