Guide

Le Fooding

Le Fooding, founded in 2000 by Emmanuel Rubin and Alexandre Cammas, is a French gastronomy guide built as a freer alternative to traditional stars. Professional inspectors dine anonymously and pay their own bills. Coverage is France and Belgium — restaurants, bars, hotels and shops that reflect the taste of the times. Michelin has owned the brand since 2020; editorial voice stays independent.
