Along the Rotte river in Bergschenhoek, just outside Rotterdam, Martin and Saskia Vaandrager run Nova – a restaurant that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand for its good quality, good value cooking. The setting is relaxed, with outdoor seating overlooking the water and parking right outside.

The kitchen works with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a farm-to-table spirit. The menu changes regularly, reflecting what’s available. Lunch is served Friday and Saturday from 12:00; dinner from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 18:00. On other days and times, Nova is open for group arrangements.
