This philosophy of honoring origins and detail is the thread that connects dinette to its sibling, Di Bakery on Ołbin, where the story begins with bread.
At Di Bakery, loaves start their life in Jordanów Śląski, where flour is milled from pure grain without improvers. Combined with water and natural sourdough, each loaf tells its own story through shape, crust, and flavor. This foundation—the axis of daily life—carries into the kitchen at Renoma, where Chef Kamil Stefanów leads a team driven by passion. Pastry Chefs Andrzej Lepka and Arkadiusz Kruszik handle desserts, while Bartłomiej Szymczyk, who honed his craft at London’s E5 Bakehouse, Hide, and Copenhagen’s Hart Bageri, oversees the bakery.
The menu at dinette changes every few weeks, following the rhythm of the season and the taste of the moment. The restaurant operates in two services: a morning offering and an afternoon service from 14:00 daily. In the evening, the bar comes alive, and the carefully selected wines and cocktails complement the food. The atmosphere is vibrant, buzzing with conversation and a genuine love for eating—a place where past and present meet on the plate.
