The story
Haramboure occupies a discreet space on Calle Maldonado, in the heart of Madrid's Salamanca district. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, with phone lines available for reservations in the morning and evening.
The kitchen here is firmly Basque in spirit. While the menu changes with the seasons, the approach remains rooted in the traditions of northern Spain. The Michelin Guide has awarded Haramboure a Recommended distinction, recognising the quality and consistency of its cooking.
Counter dining is a central feature, placing guests in direct view of the chefs. The atmosphere is calm and focused, with air conditioning ensuring comfort year-round. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible.
