The story
OSA offers three distinct ways to experience its modern cuisine. The OSA menu, 13 to 14 courses, is the restaurant’s flagship—‘the one that gives us our name,’ stitching together the team’s classics with what the season brings each day. The XL menu extends to 18 or 20 passes, an experience for those who arrive hungry, curious, and with time, exploring avant-garde techniques and products found ‘only in jewel boxes.’ For a shorter evening, the osa|terraza menu presents five courses chosen daily by the kitchen, with the option to add extra dishes à la carte.
The cooking is a clear expression of modern cuisine, ingredient-led and precise. The kitchen works with what the season provides, building plates that prioritize clarity and depth over spectacle. This focused approach earned OSA a Michelin star in 2026, a recognition of its consistent, high-quality cooking. The dining room is direct about its policies—no vegetarian menu, a minimum age of twelve, a maximum table size of six—creating an environment where the food is the undisputed centre of attention. The wine list is carefully selected to match the food, with the team noting that some references may change depending on availability.
Located on the Ribera del Manzanares, the restaurant offers both an interior dining room and an outdoor terrace. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, letting the cooking speak for itself. Whether you choose the full XL experience or a concise terrace meal, the quality is consistent. The service is warm and knowledgeable, matching the confidence of the kitchen.
