In the heart of Dallas, Mamani brings a slice of the French and Italian Rivieras to Texas. The restaurant, which has earned a Michelin star for its high-quality cooking, describes itself as “chic and sophisticated, yet warm and welcoming”—a promise it keeps from the moment you step inside.

The name Mamani comes from owners Brandon and Henry Cohanim’s beloved grandmother, who divided her time between Paris and the South of France. Her passion for great food and heartfelt hospitality is the soul of the restaurant. It was she who first taught the owners to cook, and her spirit lives on in every dish and every welcome.

The Chef and His Cuisine

Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Christophe De Lellis, a Paris native who previously helmed the kitchen at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. His cooking is rooted in classic French cuisine but approaches it with a modern perspective and relaxed finesse. Chef De Lellis draws inspiration from his own Mamani—the Italian grandmother who first taught him to cook—blending French techniques with the sun-drenched flavors of the Riviera.

The menu reflects this dual heritage, offering French cuisine that feels both refined and approachable. The restaurant’s wine list and cocktail program are carefully curated to complement the food, and the atmosphere is designed for any kind of evening—from an impromptu weeknight dinner to a dazzling celebration.

Spaces for Every Occasion

Mamani offers several distinct spaces for dining and events. The bar is a moody, intimate hideaway for lively happy hours and late-night gatherings, seating up to 10 guests. A private dining room accommodates 12 and is equipped with a 55-inch TV, making it suitable for presentations. The all-season terrace features a retractable roof and can host up to 29 guests for grand celebrations. For larger parties, the half-restaurant seats 34, and the full restaurant can accommodate up to 80 for a fully customized experience.
