At 1513 Wynkoop Street, Fogo de Chão brings the fire of southern Brazil to Denver. This is not a typical steakhouse—it is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse rooted in the churrasco tradition that began in the mountainous landscapes of Rio Grande do Sul. The founding brothers grew up on a traditional farm in the Serra Gaucha, learning to cook meats over open flames in a style that would become the backbone of their story. After formal churrasqueiro training in Rio and São Paulo, they opened their first restaurant in Porto Alegre. The concept earned a reputation among politicians, businessmen, and celebrities before expanding to São Paulo and, eventually, to the United States.

Since 1979, Fogo de Chão has kept the flames burning. In Denver, guests experience the full Churrasco Experience: a continuous rotation of fire-roasted cuts carved tableside by gaucho chefs. The menu highlights signature Brazilian cuts like Picanha (prime part of the top sirloin), Fraldinha (bottom sirloin), and Costela, alongside a freshly curated Market Table with seasonal vegetables, imported cheeses, and Brazilian sides. For a limited time, the Fogo Four Course offers a selection of these cuts, the Market Table, authentic sides, and a decadent dessert.
