A Tradition Born in New York

Bozzi and Ganzi, both from Parma, Italy, intended to name their restaurant "Parma," but a clerical error registered it as "Palm" — and the name stuck. The restaurant quickly became a hub for local journalists and artists, and its identity as a steakhouse was born when a customer requested a steak and Ganzi ran to a nearby butcher to cook it to order. From that moment, the restaurant never looked back.

The Las Vegas location, situated in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, carries the same spirit. The restaurant describes itself as a place where people come to celebrate life — a second home for artists, writers, tycoons, screen stars, and working families. The atmosphere is described as authentic, intimate, and "a little quirky," with a focus on real conversation and exceptional food.

The Palm’s Italian heritage runs deep. The founders’ commitment to quality and generosity of spirit has been passed down through four generations of family owners.
