The story
At Audrey, Southern heritage is the foundation, but creativity and innovation drive every plate. Chef Sam Jett leads a kitchen that draws from the rich agricultural traditions of Appalachia and the global influences shaping Nashville today. The result is food that tells stories—of the land, the season, and the people behind each ingredient.
Sustainability is central. The restaurant sources locally and responsibly, using heirloom ingredients and modern techniques to reimagine timeless flavors. This thoughtful approach earned Audrey a recommendation in the 2025 Michelin Guide: American South, a recognition that celebrates their dedication to craft and genuine hospitality.
The dinner menu changes daily but always reflects a deep connection to place. Starters like Heirloom Cornbread with sour corn butter and cracklins, or Trout Cakes with green goddess dressing, set the tone. Heartier options include Bear Creek Farm Pork with black sunchoke gravy and grilled blueberries, Roasted Chicken vin blanc, and Trout with green onion, ham, and peas. For those who want to share, The Feast offers a family-style experience for $85 per person, featuring dishes like Tomato Pie, Succotash, and Peach Cobbler.
Desserts are equally inventive: Honey Meringue with rhubarb and chamomile, Celery Mousse with peanut and last year’s figs, or a classic Root Beer Float. The bar serves dinner daily from 5pm, with lunch and weekend brunch also available.
Tucked atop Audrey, June is an intimate space where Chef Sam Jett presents a nine-course tasting menu inspired entirely by the season. This is Appalachian cuisine distilled into its most refined form—each course a reflection of the region’s bounty and the chef’s creativity. Reservations are limited, making it one of Nashville’s most sought-after dining experiences.
Audrey offers private dining in two thoughtfully designed spaces: the Main Dining Room and The Library. Both can be tailored with seasonal menus for events, group dinners, or celebrations. The restaurant also hosts a Supper Club for those seeking a more communal experience.
