The kitchen closes 15 minutes before the dining room, but the bakery counter stays open until closing—meaning you can always leave with something sweet. Among the most talked-about items is the Vanilla Bean Bourbon Bacon Night SkyPie, a decadent moon pie with silky homemade marshmallows. Trina came to the kitchen after 21 years in the spa industry, building Se7en Bites from a small corner bakeshop into a global foodie destination.
